Job Information

• Increase sales and maximise revenue for the firm overall and contribute to the team achieving and exceeding the team revenue target.
Capital: partnering with management and entrepreneurs to invest in UK SMEs:
• Sector agnostic; control or minority positions across growth, buyout, distressed and PIPE transactions
• Significant deal flow and well established network: in excess of 350 deals reviewed annually

Advisory and Placement Services: advising GPs, LPs, institutions, corporates and management teams:
• M&A, debt & equity capital-raising, buy-outs, public-to-privates, PIPEs, operational and financial restructurings and distressed situations
• Assists GPs in raising capital from institutions worldwide
• Specialist secondary advisory expertise on the sale and restructuring of fund assets. Assisting GPs in raising capital from institutions worldwide

Administration: providing accounting and administration services:
• Qualified team of 20 employees including accountants, administrators and operational service providers
• The role will initially be focused primarily on business development, working across both the Placement and Capital divisions.
• Over time the candidate would be expected to progress to developing own LP relationships, assisting with the project management of clients and potentially becoming more involved in deal origination for the Capital division.
Placement Business Development:
• Introduction of the company to contacts who could be potential new clients.
• Managing and updating the placement pitch book.
• Assist Placement team in generating new business leads.
• Preparation of pitches, and attending pitch meetings with Placement team as appropriate.
• Attendance at conferences and investor events where appropriate.

Marketing / Distribution:
• Over time potentially take responsibility of relationship management of certain LPs.
• Project Management
• Assist in managing clients day to day.
• Assist in preparation of client marketing documentation.
• Preparation of weekly updates on investor discussions.

• Capital Business Development:
o Assisting the Capital team in generating new deal leads.
o Preparing internal memos to articulate investment opportunity to rest of team.
o Assist capital team in due diligence and investment process.
• Key hires for portfolios:
o Assist in the sourcing of senior management and expert advisors for portfolio companies.
