Job Information

• We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Associate Manager, to join our growing and multi-talented team. He/she should be proactively minded with an analytical and data driven approach, and possess an in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• The successful applicant’s clear focus will be on building the right digital marketing foundations for the firm and will be able to provide informed recommendations to the Head of Marketing
• Developing the digital marketing strategy, setting, monitoring and reporting against precise goals, to accurately assess the effectiveness of the activity and ROI.
• Managing and handling website content in line with the brand team, optimising landing pages to increase dwell times and encourage repeat visits.
• Reviewing SEO to drive and increase traffic, developing SEO plans and implementing them via the commissioned parties.
• Drafting posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), manage the traffic with the social media agencies, getting all materials signed off and posted.
• Managing all email campaigns, regularly tracking the results, and reshaping the new posts with the emailing agency.
• Helping to organise and manage small scale digital advertising campaigns, with the support of media planning and creative agencies.
• Informing and empowering the marketing and brand teams to use digital channels appropriately, following the new trends.
• Collecting the data for developing the firm’s social media strategy including expansion of digital channels.
• Setting up, measuring, and reporting performance of web activity and, when relevant, other digital campaigns.
• Monitor competitor reach in social and SEO, as well as digital media spending.
Personal Specifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably at a FinTech, banking or online trading company, with a minimum 5 years of experience in marketing related roles
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Background in managing and maintaining websites and optimising them for SEO, familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Demonstrable knowledge of key media platforms and their application within the financial and professional services.
• Experience of planning, researching, writing and optimising content for the website and social media platforms.

• Experience of using solutions to schedule posts and track performance.
• Knowledge and experience of driving engagement on social media sites.
• Experience of helping to implement and manage advertising campaigns in digital mediums.
• Ability to understand and implement paid advertising on social media, evaluate all related media plans and buying processes.
• Knowledge and experience of managing email campaigns with the agency with basic knowledge of related software.
• Familiarity with using CRM systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Digital Media, Marketing, Communication or related field.
